NJ Pick-4 Lottery

Pick-4 is a daily numbers game where players select four digits, each ranging from 0 to 9. Players can choose their numbers manually or opt for a Quick Pick, where the numbers are randomly generated by the lottery system.

How to Play

1. Select your numbers: Choose four numbers between 0 and 9. You can select the same number multiple times (e.g., 1111).
2. Choose your play type: Select how you want to play your numbers:
   • Straight: Your numbers must match the winning numbers in the exact order.
   • Box: Your numbers must match the winning numbers in any order. The prize amount depends on the number of unique digits in your selection (4-way, 6-way, 12-way, 24-way box).
   • Straight/Box: Combines a Straight and Box play, offering a chance to win both prizes.
   • Front Pair: Match the first two digits in the exact order.
   • Back Pair: Match the last two digits in the exact order.
   • Split Pair: Match the first and third digits in the exact order.
   • Single Digit Front Pair: Match the first two single digits in the exact order.
   • Single Digit Back Pair: Match the last two single digits in the exact order.
   • Single Digit Split Pair: Match the first and third single digits in the exact order.
3. Choose your wager amount: Decide how much you want to wager per play.
4. Purchase your ticket: Buy your Pick-4 ticket from an authorized New Jersey Lottery retailer.

Drawings

Pick-4 drawings are held twice daily, at approximately 12:59 PM (Midday) and 10:57 PM (Evening), seven days a week.

Winning

To win, your chosen numbers must match the winning numbers according to your selected play type. Prize amounts vary depending on the play type and wager amount.

Odds

The odds of winning the top prize (Straight play) are 1 in 10,000.
